All our cooler bags are custom-made to order based on the design details you provide. Please double-check your artwork, logos, and text before final approval — once production begins, changes usually aren’t possible.

2. Payment

Full payment (or deposit if agreed) is required before production begins. Prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3. Production & Delivery

We work hard to meet quoted timeframes, but occasional delays can happen due to supplier or freight issues outside our control. We’ll always keep you updated if there’s any delay.

4. Returns & Refunds

Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for details. Because items are made to order, refunds are only provided if there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

5. Intellectual Property

You confirm that any logo or artwork you supply is your own or you have permission to use it. We take no responsibility for designs provided without proper authorisation.
